Yes, CUM but technically it means Semen.
Myself, I rather like the word "cum" over Semen or Ejaculate.
It is just too clinical, too boring for me to use.
Though technically it does not mean that a guy had an orgasm, just because there was cum. [technically called Ejaculate]
